Police were called to Ling Dale at 9:33am on July 16, 2019, after the body of a man in his 60s was found. The victim was identified as 64-year-old Kulwant Singh Athwal from Southampton.

Man Charged with Gross Negligence Manslaughter
Paramjit Singh, 48, from Iris Road, Southampton, has been charged with gross negligence manslaughter in connection with the case.
Court Date Set
Singh is due to appear at Southampton Magistrates Court on January 12, 2021.
