Two brothers jailed after epic cocaine haul busted on M1 motorway.

22 Kilos of Cocaine Seized at Sheffield

Last June 1, police stopped a Toyota C-HR at Woodall Services on the M1 near Sheffield. Inside, they found a whopping 22 kilos of cocaine, worth around £660,000 on the streets.

Raid Uncovers More Drugs and Cash

The shock didn’t stop there. A search of Klevis Lika’s home uncovered even more drugs and a large stash of cash. This was no small-time deal – it was a slick, organised crime operation.

Brothers Sent Down at Sheffield Crown Court

  • Klevis Lika was caught driving the vehicle with the drugs.
  • Younger brother Florin Lika, 23, also pleaded guilty and got a hefty 9-year sentence.

Detective Chief Inspector Al Burns said: “We are serious about cracking down on organised crime. The jail terms given today show we’re putting these harmful criminals behind bars. Our officers will keep fighting poisonous gangs that damage Yorkshire and Humber communities.”
