Woman Charged Over Deaths of Two Young Boys in Dagenham
Detectives are probing the tragic deaths of two little boys in Dagenham. Kara Alexander, 44, from Cornwallis Road, was arrested last Friday, 16 December. On Monday, 19 December, she was charged with two counts of murder. She is set to appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 20 December, in custody.
Tragic Discovery at Cornwallis Road
Emergency services were called to a home on Cornwallis Road at around 2pm on Friday, 16 December. Inside, officers discovered the bodies of a two-year-old boy and a five-year-old boy. Both boys were pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigation Underway, Family Supported
The family of the children have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers. Post-mortem examinations and formal identifications will be arranged soon as the investigation continues.
