Drink-Driver’s Bizarre Excuse
Eyewitnesses heard the driver joke, “You can’t park that there, mate” and quip, “When I said straight over at the roundabout, that’s not what I meant.”
Serious Consequences Await
The man was arrested on the spot. He’ll be “staying with us for breakfast” before facing serious court charges.
On top of legal trouble, he’ll also cough up for the recovery and repairs to the smashed road signs.
