Car Smash and Grab Raids West London Shop
Early Monday morning chaos hit a small shop in West London when raiders ploughed a car straight into Tudor Stores in Hayes. At around 2:27am on November 28, the thugs crashed into the shop front on Wood End Green Road and made off with cigarettes and booze.
Raiders Flee, Leave Car Stuck in Shop
Police arrived to find the car still lodged through the store’s front. The raiders had already fled in a stolen blue estate, abandoning the crash vehicle behind. Fortunately, no one was hurt in the smash and grab.
Police Hunt Thieves, Urge Public to Speak Up
“The suspects fled in a blue estate car before the police arrived. They had stolen alcohol and cigarettes. No reported injuries, but a scene is in place. Investigations continue,” said a Metropolitan Police spokesperson.
