Man Found with Serious Head Injury in Bracknell Scooter Incident
In the early hours of this morning, a 34-year-old man left a property on Binfield Road, Bracknell, riding a white electric scooter with black handles. Just half an hour later, around 3.30am, he was discovered by a friend with a serious head injury in the Twin Bridges Roundabout underpass.
Emergency Services Rush Man to Hospital
Paramedics were called to the scene and rushed the man to Royal Berkshire Hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.
Police Launch Urgent Appeal for Witnesses
Detective Inspector Richard Johnson is urgently asking anyone who was in central Bracknell between Binfield Road and the Twin Bridges Roundabout in those early hours to come forward.
“If you have any footage from this area, whether on your phone, dashcam, doorbell, or any other device, please contact us,” said DI Johnson.

Police Scene Remains Cordoned Off
The Twin Bridges Roundabout underpass is currently sealed off as police carry out vital enquiries. The cordon is expected to remain for some time. DI Johnson offered an apology to locals for any inconvenience but stressed that the investigation is crucial.
Investigators are keeping all possibilities open into how the injury happened and assure the public a full investigation is underway.
