Teen in hospital after vicious Camberwell stabbing
17-Year-Old Boy Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries
A 17-year-old boy is fighting for his life after a stabbing in Camberwell this afternoon. The attack happened at around 1pm on Tindal Street, close to Langton Road. Emergency crews rushed to the scene where they found the teen with serious stab wounds.
He was immediately taken to hospital, where doctors say his injuries are potentially life-threatening and could change his life forever.
Two Boys Arrested Over Brutal Attack
Police have arrested two boys, aged 14 and 15, on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. Both remain in custody as detectives continue their investigation. A crime scene remains in place while officers sift through evidence.

“My thoughts are with the victim, who is currently receiving treatment in hospital, and we are supporting their family,” said Detective Superintendent Lindsey Billany from the Met’s Lambeth investigation team. “This is understandably a concerning incident for the community. We quickly arrested two suspects and our officers are working at pace to investigate. We urge anyone who has any information or witnessed the incident to report it to us.”
