Urgent: Search On for Missing Chinnor Pensioner Marianna Fortman
Police are appealing to the public for help to find 81-year-old Marianna Fortman, who vanished from Chinnor earlier today.
Last Seen Near Wykeman Rise at 8.30am
Marianna was spotted at around 8.30am on June 2nd near Wykeman Rise. She’s described as white, approximately 5ft 5ins tall, with a small build. Her brown-red hair falls just above her shoulders. At the time, she wore blue jeans and a white or burgundy jumper.
Known to Roam Fields and Woods Nearby
Marianna often visits the fields close to Wykeman Rise and the woods between the sports ground and Woodway in Chinnor. Concern grows as she has not been seen since this morning.
Police and Family Plead for Information
“We would like anyone who may have seen Marianna or knows where she could be to get in touch,” said Inspector Aidan Donohoe from Abingdon police station.
“Officers and her family are worried, and we want to find her as soon as possible. If you see this Marianna, please contact your family or the police to let us know you are safe.”
