Teen Arrested After Fatal Stabbing Near Northwick Park Tube

A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of murder on Monday, 16 November. He is currently held at a north London police station.

Stabbing Incident Leaves 17-Year-Old Dead

Police were called at 3:50pm on Thursday, 12 November following reports of a stabbing near the underpass to Northwick Park Underground Station in Harrow.

Officers found 17-year-old Jamalie Maleek Deacon Matthew suffering from stab wounds. They provided first aid while waiting for the London Ambulance Service. Despite emergency efforts, Jamalie was pronounced dead at 4:31pm.

Police Hunt for Answers

Detectives from the Specialist Crime Command (Homicide) are leading the investigation. Jamalie’s family have been informed.

Police urge anyone with information, video footage, or images to come forward by calling the incident room on 020 8358 0100 or via 101, quoting reference Cad 4735/12Nov.
