Floodwater Uncovers Massive Cannabis Grow

Flooding at a property on Harrow Road, Wembley, has smashed a huge cannabis operation. Firefighters and police rushed to the scene Sunday evening after water flooded into the building below.

A worried resident, now staring down the barrel of repair costs, raised the alarm around 7pm on Monday.

£20,000 Worth of Cannabis Plants Seized

Emergency crews broke into the property and found an elaborate cannabis grow. They also discovered a dodgy electricity supply rigged to power the illegal operation.

Police launched an investigation and remain at the scene, confiscating the plants and all growing gear.

The Metropolitan Police have been approached for comment on the ongoing probe.
