Seventh Arrest Made in Murder of Mohammed ‘Shah’ Subhani
Detectives investigating the chilling disappearance and murder of Mohammed Shah Subhani, a.k.a ‘Shah’, have arrested a seventh suspect. A 22-year-old man was taken into custody on Monday, 9 December, on suspicion of murder. He remains held as the investigation intensifies.
Detective Chief Inspector Noel McHugh, leading the probe, said: “Our investigation continues to gather pace, and this latest arrest shows how determined we are to establish what happened to Shah.”
Police Plea: Speak Up or Face the Guilt
DCI McHugh urged anyone with information to come forward. He warned: “I am convinced there are people holding back crucial information. Your silence is causing unbearable pain to Shah’s family.”
A hefty £20,000 reward is still on the table for tips leading to arrests and convictions. Witnesses or anyone who knows more are urged to contact the police immediately.

- Shah, 27, vanished from his Hounslow home on Tuesday, 7 May. He was last seen around 12:30pm, reported missing just before midnight.
- Police found Shah’s car on 19 June riddled with bullet holes, confirming a murder investigation.
- On 3 August, officers recovered a stolen black BMW X5 with cloned plates in Hounslow, linked to the case.
- Police are probing the movements of a damaged Blue Range Rover Evoque, spotted near Shah on 7 May. This vehicle vanished after travelling to Ilford.
