Teen Threatened with Machete in Broad Daylight

CCTV caught two young men sprinting away after reportedly threatening a 15-year-old boy with a machete. The shocking incident unfolded in broad daylight on St Martin’s Road, Poole, at around 3.32pm last Friday.

Chilling Chase Caught on Camera

The footage shows the suspects running from St Martin’s Road into St Augustine’s Road shortly after the frightening confrontation. Police arrived quickly after reports that the teenager had been approached and threatened with a weapon.

Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

One suspect is believed to have been armed with a machete, causing panic among local residents. Officers are urgently appealing for anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage to come forward.

“This was an extremely distressing incident for the young victim. We take all reports of knife-related crime very seriously and are working at pace to identify those responsible,” a Kent police source said.

Thankfully, the 15-year-old was not physically harmed but left “shaken and traumatised” by the attack.

The suspects – described as young men wearing dark clothing – were last seen heading towards St Augustine’s Road immediately after the incident.

Police are urging anyone who saw suspicious behaviour near St Martin’s or St Augustine’s Roads between 3.15pm and 3.45pm last Friday to come forward by calling 101 or anonymously contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
