Child Injured in Bristol Close Crash – Police Seek Witnesses
Police were called to Bristol Close around 9pm on Friday, 5 July 2024, following reports of a collision. The driver reportedly got out of their vehicle after the crash and then fled the scene. Investigations are ongoing.
Detective Urges Witnesses and Parents to Come Forward
Detective Sergeant John-Paul Foley of North Division CID said: “The child involved was injured, but we want to hear from him or his parents to confirm the details.”
He added: “We’re urging anyone who witnessed the incident but hasn’t spoken to police yet to get in touch. Drivers with dashcam footage and residents with private CCTV should check their recordings for anything relevant.”
