60-Year-Old Man Attacked in Doncaster Street
A 60-year-old man was ambushed from behind while walking on Chequer Road, Doncaster, at around 8.30 a.m. on Saturday, June 9.
The attacker tried to snatch the chain from his neck but fled after the victim fought back. Thankfully, nothing was stolen and the man escaped without injury.
Police Release E-Fit of Suspect
South Yorkshire police are on the hunt for the suspect. Officers have produced an e-fit image with the victim’s help, urging anyone who recognises the man or saw the attack to come forward.
