West Midlands Police Hunt CCTV to Crack Car Crime Spree

West Midlands Police are cracking down after a spike in suspicious activity and car crimes rocked Quarry Bank and Brierley Hill. They want locals to dig out any CCTV or doorbell footage that could nail the culprits.

Car Doors Tried and Vehicle Stolen

Reports flooded in over the last week of people trying to open car doors. One brazen theft on Bickon Drive, Quarry Bank, saw a vehicle stolen on September 19. Police are treating these incidents seriously and stepping up patrols. 

Police Plea: Have You Got Footage?

Sergeant Richard Galbraith from Dudley policing said,

“We understand the community’s concerns regarding these incidents. While we appreciate those who have already provided information, we believe additional footage may exist that could significantly assist our investigation.”
