Vandal Strikes Up to Seven Cars in Dead of Night
Chaos erupted in the early hours of Sunday, 27 February 2022, as at least seven vehicles suffered damage across Lime Road, Hart Dyke Road, Rowen Road, and Lynden Way.
Smash-and-Run Suspect Busted by Residents
The spree unfolded between 1.30am and 1.45am. Residents confronted the vandal, but the culprit fled on foot. Rampage left multiple windows and windscreens shattered.
Police Hunt Slim-Built Teen with Dark Hair
Officers have launched house-to-house enquiries and are probing if the suspect caused more destruction elsewhere. They urge locals to review any private CCTV footage that might help crack the case.
The suspect is described as:
- White male
- Late teens to early 20s
- About 5ft 7ins tall
- Slim build
- Dark brown hair, long on top
- Wearing dark clothes
