PCSO Act Fast After Blade Sighting
A PCSO was on patrol when concerned members of the public flagged him down on Ann Street around 3.45pm on Monday, 5 September. They had spotted two men carrying a knife.
Suspects Caught Near Denton Gardens
The PCSO passed on a description, leading other officers to track down and detain two men matching the details in Denton Gardens, Brighton Road. Police recovered a knife found nearby.
Worthing Men Arrested and Released Under Investigation
The suspects, aged 44 and 47, both from Worthing, were arrested on suspicion of public possession of a knife. They have since been released pending further enquiries.
