Heartbreak as Body Found in Search for Missing Teen Seesha Dack
Tragedy has struck in North Tyneside. Police have discovered a body believed to be 15-year-old Seesha Dack, who vanished days ago.
Seesha Last Seen Near Fish Quay
Seesha was reported missing on Sunday, August 30, after last being spotted near Fish Quay, North Shields. An urgent search was launched to find her.
Body Discovered Near Tanners Bank
Officers found a female body near Tanners Bank in North Shields this evening. Formal ID is pending, but police are confident it is Seesha.
“This is an extremely sad conclusion to an extensive investigation,” said Superintendent Barrie Joisce of Northumbria Police.
Specialist officers are supporting Seesha’s family at this devastating time. Superintendent Joisce expressed gratitude to the public for their help in the search.
He added: “We will continue enquiries to determine the circumstances, but currently there is no evidence of third-party involvement. Once ID is confirmed, a coroner’s report will follow.”
