Escaped Burglary Convict Still on the Run
John Elliott, 41, vanished from an open prison on Sunday, 11 October 2020, and hasn’t been seen since. He was serving three years for burglary at HMP 1.
Whereabouts Unknown – Could Be Anywhere
Elliott is thought to have ties to West Yorkshire, Lancashire, and Greater Manchester. But he might have travelled far beyond those areas. Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
Distinctive Features Make Elliott Hard to Miss
- Medium build, greying hair, and beard
- Missing three fingers on left hand, only thumb and forefinger remain
- Scar on right middle finger and scars on arms
- Smiley face tattoo on top of one arm
- May be using the alias John Pearson
