Police are hunting suspects after a robbery rocked a retail shop on Station Road, Chingford, at 1.09pm on Tuesday, 11 March. Officers rushed to the scene following reports of the brazen daylight raid at one of the town’s busiest shopping areas.
Police Probe Underway as CCTV Examined
Emergency teams swiftly arrived and began questioning staff and scouring CCTV footage from nearby shops and public spaces. The Metropolitan Police confirmed:
“Police were called at 13:09hrs on Tuesday, 11 March following reports of a robbery at a retail premises on Station Road, Chingford. Officers attended the scene and carried out all relevant enquiries. At this early stage, there have been no arrests. Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.”
