Woman Sexually Assaulted on Liverpool Train

A woman was sexually assaulted onboard the 7.12pm train from Liverpool on 29 August at around 7.30pm.

Incident Reported at St Helens

The victim alerted the train guard as the service reached St Helens, who then contacted the police immediately.

Suspect Caught on CCTV

The man is believed to have boarded at Liverpool Lime Street and got off at Wigan. Detectives have released a CCTV image, urging anyone who recognises him to come forward.
