Just before 8pm on 19 November, a man dressed as a charity bear was collecting donations on a busy station concourse. Without warning, another man sneaked up behind him and kicked him in the back – all while filming the cruel assault on his phone.

Police Urgently Seek Witnesses

Officers are desperate to identify a man captured in an image linked to the incident. They believe he may hold key information to help crack the case.
