Nottinghamshire Police are pulling out all the stops in the hunt for 19-year-old Jacob Crompton. Missing since midnight on March 23 in Retford, his disappearance has sparked huge concern across the community.

Jacob’s mum, Nicola Crompton, calls his disappearance “completely out of character.” With no sign after a week, friends, family, and police fears grow. Volunteers are joining the search, covering woodlands near Doncaster — including Bawtry, Misson, Misterton, and Mattersey.

Detective Sergeant Rachel Mayfield urges anyone with information to come forward immediately. “Every detail could be vital,” she said. The Nottinghamshire Search and Rescue Team and Watersafe UK are among groups aiding the effort.
