Serious Crash on A259: Police Hunt Witnesses

Police are urgently appealing for witnesses after a serious collision between a motorcycle and a van on the A259.

Collision at Albion Street and Station Road

The crash happened on Friday, July 7, around 10:25 PM at the junction of Albion Street and Station Road. Emergency crews rushed to the scene where a man in his twenties, riding the motorcycle, suffered severe injuries and was taken to hospital.

Road closures were in place until 1:00 AM to allow for recovery work and a detailed investigation.

Sussex Police Seek Key Witnesses

Officers from Sussex Roads Policing Unit are keen to speak to anyone travelling on the A259 between Hove and Shoreham at the time who saw the motorcyclist before the crash.
