Church Burglars Nab Sacred Items in Waltham Forest Raid

Police are hunting thieves who broke into All Saints Church in Waltham Forest overnight between November 21 and 22, 2018. The crooks smashed in through a window and made off with precious church treasures, including chalices and a ciborium.

Thieves Target Religious Treasures

The raid at All Saints Church on Old Church Road, E4, has left the congregation shocked. Officers scoured local CCTV but hit a dead end—no suspects have been identified yet.

Police Plea: Keep an Eye Out for Stolen Items

PC Nicole Garcia urged the public to be vigilant. “These items are very important to the church and its members. If anyone has been offered them for sale, please get in touch,” she said.

“The items are quite distinctive and would stand out. It’s deeply troubling that someone would break into a house of worship. I encourage anyone with info to come forward.”
