Birthday Blues: Georgina Gharsallah Still Missing on What Should Be Her 35th

Gone Without a Trace Since 2018

Today marks what should be Georgina Gharsallah’s 35th birthday. Instead of cheers and cake, her family and friends are left with only haunting memories.

Georgina vanished without a trace on the morning of Wednesday, 7 March 2018. She was last seen heading into Clifton Wine and Foods on Clifton Road, Worthing – but never came home.

Detectives Plead for New Leads

Detective Superintendent Andy Wolstenholme spoke out, saying: “Every day without news of Georgina is devastating for her loved ones, especially on days like her birthday.”

He praised Georgina’s family, especially Andrea, for tirelessly keeping her story alive in the public eye.

Wolstenholme urged anyone with information to come forward: “Someone knows what happened that day. We need them to do the right thing and tell us. We treat all information confidentially, and any tip could be the breakthrough Georgina’s family deserves.”

Your Tip Could Crack the Case

  • Many people message Georgina’s mum via social media but don’t share info with police – often due to wanting to stay anonymous.
  • Sussex Police emphasise they handle all tips sensitively and confidentially.
  • If you know anything, report it either to Sussex Police or anonymously via Crimestoppers, who work independently and protect your identity.
