An STV spokesperson said: “Due to a police incident in the area, STV’s offices at Pacific Quay have been evacuated this evening.”

Police Scotland later confirmed the all-clear: “Govan Road at Lorne Street, extending to the Clyde Arc Bridge, has been reopened following a police incident in a car park on Govan Road. The matter has been resolved and enquiries are ongoing into the incident.”
