Drugs Bust Near Southampton Airport Parkway
Police stopped a black Kia Rio on the A338 near Southampton Airport Parkway at around 1.10pm on Wednesday. The vehicle was suspected to be involved in drug activity.
Cash and Class A Drugs Seized
Officers searched both the car and the driver, uncovering a haul of cash and suspected Class A drugs. The discovery led to an immediate arrest.
21-Year-Old Southampton Man Arrested
A 21-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. He has since been questioned and released under investigation while police continue their enquiries.
