Woman Fights Off Creepy Attacker Trying to Drag Her from Car
On Friday evening, a young woman in her twenties was nearly pulled from her car by a man who yanked open her door between 7.50pm and 8.25pm.
Quick-thinking and tough, the victim kicked the attacker away, forcing him to flee down St Peters Road towards Wokingham Road.
Similar Incident Half an Hour Earlier
About 30 minutes earlier, possibly the same man tried the handle of another woman’s car and then cheekily asked for her phone number. Thankfully, she sped off before anything worse happened.
Both women escaped without injury, but the creepy encounters have left authorities on alert.
Police Appeal for Help
Sergeant Alex Willis from Reading Police said: “We’re releasing images of a man who may hold vital clues about these disturbing incidents.”
