Taxi Driver Assaulted and Robbed in Wilderness Hill

Shock on Wilderness Hill! At around 8.30pm on Thursday 17 March 2022, a taxi driver was attacked by two passengers after stopping in the area.

The driver was assaulted and forced to leave the cab to seek help. While he was away, the pair ransacked the vehicle and made off with cash.

Police Hunt Two Men After Brutal Mugging

  • First suspect: White male, 30s, bald, wearing a dark blue top and navy jogging bottoms.
  • Second suspect: White male, 30s, glasses, bright coloured shorts, and a white T-shirt.

Detectives are scrambling to track down the duo. They urge anyone who saw anything suspicious or who has dashcam or CCTV footage from Wilderness Hill at the time to come forward.
