Tragedy in New Cross: Woman Killed After Motorcycle Crash
Detectives urgently seek witnesses and dash-cam footage after a deadly collision in New Cross. The crash happened on Amersham Road around 10pm on Tuesday, 6 August.
Sequence of Crashes Leaves Woman Dead
Police say a motorcyclist first collided with a car before hitting two pedestrians. A woman in her late 50s was rushed to hospital in critical condition but sadly died hours later. Her family have been informed.
The other pedestrian, a man, suffered minor injuries. Both the motorcyclist and car driver were also treated for minor wounds in hospital.
No Arrests Yet, Road Closures Remain
Officers haven’t made any arrests as investigations continue. Temporary road closures are still in place around the crash site.
