Authorities investigating an attempted burglary in Allestree have released additional images of several young individuals they wish to speak to regarding the incident. The attempted burglary took place at a property on Duffield Road and police were called to the scene just after 8am on Thursday, June 29.

According to reports, a large group of youths approached the house around 12.30am on the same morning. During the incident, they caused damage to a door and smashed car windows before fleeing the scene.

As part of their initial appeal for information, officers released an image on Thursday, July 6, seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals involved. Now, with the release of new pictures, the police hope to make further progress in their investigations.

The authorities are urging anyone who recognizes the individuals in the images or possesses any information about their identities to come forward. Cooperation from the public can significantly aid the police in their efforts to bring those responsible to justice and prevent similar incidents in the future.
