Drama on Hayling Island as Mud Rescue Unfolds
Hayling and Selsey Coastguard teamed up with Hampshire Fire and Rescue for a daring rescue near Hayling Yacht Services on Sunday evening. Emergency crews sprang into action just after 6pm when a person got stranded in thick mud around 20 metres from dry land.
