Anthony was last spotted at 3:20 pm on Wednesday, 17 July, on the Palace Pier. He’s 5’4” with short dark brown hair. His clothes paint a vivid picture: a light blue sunflower-print shirt, royal blue shorts, a green baseball jacket with white sleeves, mustard yellow socks, white Puma trainers, and a cream Panama-style hat.
