Witnesses heard a massive bang as the drama unfolded on the seafront. The car’s engine was screaming and it swerved wildly before slamming into safety railings and a parking meter. Two men fishing nearby said they feared for their lives as the vehicle barreled towards them but narrowly missed. Locals reckon it was pure luck no one was seriously injured.
