Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Capel Sparks Urgent Witness Appeal
Surrey Police are hunting for witnesses after a tragic collision claimed the life of a motorcyclist in his 20s in Capel, Mole Valley, on Saturday evening.
Young Rider Dies on A24 Horsham Road
Emergency crews rushed to the scene on the A24 around 7pm on 28 June. The motorcyclist was found unresponsive on the road. Despite desperate efforts by Surrey Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim’s next of kin have been informed as officers launch a full investigation into the crash.
Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Up
Surrey Police want anyone in the Horsham Road area between 6.30pm and 7pm to come forward. They are especially keen to get hold of any CCTV, dash cam, or helmet cam footage that could shed light on the events leading up to the crash.
“We are particularly keen to speak with anyone who might have seen the incident or the motorcycle prior to the collision,” said a Surrey Police Roads Policing Unit spokesperson.
