Gosport Man Found Dead in Asda Totton Car Park
Tragedy struck in Totton early this morning as a 35-year-old man from Gosport was found dead in the Asda car park on Maynard Road.
Police Confirm No Suspicion
Emergency services rushed to the scene at 2.20am after reports of a body. Hampshire Constabulary confirmed the discovery but said the death is not being treated as suspicious.
Scene Secured, Store Opens on Time
Officers and paramedics quickly set up a cordon around the car park. Despite the grim incident, the Asda store opened as normal at 7am with full customer access to the car park.
Investigation Underway
A file is now being prepared for the coroner as police continue their inquiries into the man’s sudden death.
