Stella Toner, 55, was last heard from at around 1.15pm on Monday, 14 August 2023. Since then, she has vanished without trace, sparking urgent inquiries.
Description & Possible Whereabouts
Stella is described as white, slim, with blonde hair, standing about 5’3″. Her clothing at the time of disappearance remains unknown. Police believe she might have travelled to Rochester and are probing a possible sighting near The Esplanade at 5.15pm the same day.
