Dorset Police Launch Search for Missing Man After Car Abandoned

Dorset Police are desperately searching for Sam Hughes, 41, after his car was found dumped on Ringwood Road late Wednesday night.

Concern Rises Over Welfare of Missing Man

Officers were alerted at 10:16pm on 30 November when Sam’s abandoned vehicle sparked serious welfare concerns. The 5’7” man, described as large-built with mousey-brown hair, has vanished without a trace. What he was wearing remains unknown.

Police Plead for Public’s Help

“Following our early enquiries we are becoming increasingly concerned for Sam and officers are carrying out searches of the local area in a bid to find him,” said Inspector Tracy Santoni of Dorset Police.

“I would urge anyone who has seen Sam – or a man matching the description given – to please get in touch.

“Finally, if you see this appeal Sam, please make contact with us or your family as we all just want to make sure you are OK.”
