A white male suspect, believed to be lurking near St Marie’s Catholic Church on Oak Street, Rugby, was last spotted at 7:29am on Wednesday, 25 May. He has also been seen hanging around Rugby train station.

Known Predator Using Multiple Aliases

The man, identified as Joslin, stands 6ft 1in tall with a slim build. He is known to use several different names to evade capture.

Risk to Young Women – Do Not Approach!

Joslin has a disturbing history of targeting young women and is considered dangerous. Police warn anyone who spots him not to confront him but to call 999 immediately.
