Police Hunt Dashcam Footage in Missing Man Case
Police are urgently appealing for dashcam footage to help find missing Edward Cheesman, last seen in Maidstone’s Downswood area. The 82-year-old vanished on the afternoon of Thursday, 17 November 2022, sparking a large-scale search across Kent.
Who Is Edward Cheesman?
- Age: 82
- Height: 5ft 11in
- Build: Slim
- Hair: Short grey
- Wearing: Blue fleece with full zip, dark blue jeans, black shoes
- Glasses: Usually worn but may not be on him now
Police Plea
“We are very concerned for Edward’s welfare,” said Inspector Sarah Stevenson. “We urge anyone with dashcam footage from Deringwood Drive between 3pm and 7.30pm on 17 November to check their recordings for any sign of him.”
She added, “If you have seen Edward or know where he is, please contact us immediately.”
