Urgent Search Underway for Missing Shepperton Grandma Pamela Pearce
Police are scrambling to find 76-year-old Pamela Pearce, who vanished from her Shepperton home yesterday. Pamela, described as vulnerable, was last seen at around 11:10am on Wednesday 24 January and has not been heard from since.
Missing Since Morning, No Clue Where She Went
Pamela left her house without telling anyone where she was heading. By evening, she still hadn’t returned, prompting a missing person’s report. Worryingly, she’s believed to have left without her phone or car keys.
Fears for Pamela’s Safety in Freezing Weather
Officers are especially concerned about Pamela’s welfare given the chilly weather and uncertainty over what she was wearing. She is white, 5’2”, medium build, with long strawberry blonde hair. No one knows what clothes she had on when she left.
Search Focuses on River Thames Walks
Police are focusing their search in Shepperton, particularly along the River Thames path—one of Pamela’s favourite walking spots. They urge anyone who saw her out and about after 11am on Wednesday, or spot her on public transport, to come forward.
“If you’ve seen Pamela Pearce, or have any information, please call Surrey Police immediately on 101 or 999 quoting reference PR/P18019552,” officers said.
