Police are urgently asking the public for help to find Kara Ford, a 48-year-old woman from St Albans who vanished without a trace.

Kara was last spotted on Friday, April 24, in Harrowden Road, Bedford. She stands 5ft 6ins tall, slim, with short black hair and wears glasses.
She was dressed in a long black coat and grey Sketchers trainers featuring an orange stripe.
