Ricky was last spotted on 123 and has ties to Aberdare, Pontypridd, and Tredegar. Despite public appeals and reports of possible sightings, police have yet to confirm his location.
Detective Inspector Owain Morrison said in November: “Ricky remains missing despite several appeals and potential sightings. We urge anyone who has seen him or knows where he is to come forward.”
