Balasankar Narayanan, 43, fled from his care centre in Ilford on 21 September. At the time, he wore a blue and white striped t-shirt, black tracksuit bottoms, and a black baseball cap.
Linked Across London and Beyond
Narayanan has ties all over London – including Newham, Greenford, Hammersmith, Highgate, and Ilford – plus the West Midlands. Police believe he’s likely travelling by rail and could be anywhere in the UK right now.
