Sainsbury’s has kicked off a huge festive recruitment blitz, hunting for 19,000 staff to power through the hectic Christmas rush. The rush to recruit started Monday, October 6, and covers roles all across the UK.

- In-store and warehouse workers earn £12.60 to £13.85 per hour, depending on role and location
- Argos drivers pocket between £13.60 and £14.85 per hour
- Sainsbury’s drivers rake it in with £14.10 to £15.35 per hour

- Discounts boost to 15% every Friday and Saturday in Sainsbury’s, and on payday at Argos
