Hit-and-Run Car Found After Fatal Surrey Crash
Police have tracked down the vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian on the A22 at Whyteleafe.
Tragic Death on A22
Officers were called to the scene on Godstone Road near Hillside Road at 10:11pm on Thursday, 9 January. A 30-year-old man from Warlingham was found seriously injured and sadly died at the scene. His family has been informed.
Ongoing Investigation
Surrey Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash. They urge anyone with information or dashcam footage to step forward.
