Fly-tipping builders caught red-handed dumping waste in broad daylight!
A quick-thinking motorist spotted two dodgy builders unload a blue transit van stuffed with bricks, rubble, and rubbish right in the heart of Pinks Hill.
The driver, who wished to remain anonymous, said: “To say I was shocked is an understatement. This area is lovely, and these mindless buffoons have ruined it by dumping waste without a care.”
Citizens Turn Detectives
The startled motorist filmed the 20-second clip and handed it over to Fareham Borough Council. Authorities are now working with police to identify the van’s owner and get to the bottom of this brazen act.
Council Cracks Down on Fly Tipping
Cllr Trevor Cartwright, Executive Member for Public Protection, said: “Fareham Borough Council is investigating. There are plenty of safe, legal waste disposal sites in the Borough for both residents and businesses.
Fly tipping isn’t just illegal — it’s dangerous and spoils our community. If you see fly tipping, report it on our website or call us immediately.”
