Portsmouth City Council snagged the coveted Fleet of the Year 2016 award at the prestigious Fleet News Awards held last week at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel. Judges hailed the council’s vehicle management as “forward thinking and innovative,” praising their sharp focus on cutting costs and slashing carbon emissions.
