Man Arrested Over Brutal Assault in Emsworth
Police have nabbed Karl Gates, 26, from Havant, in connection with the brutal attack on 24-year-old Faye Sharpe in Emsworth.
Suspect in Custody After Manhunt
Gates was caught after a public tip-off led officers to his whereabouts. He had gone into hiding following the vile assault on Cold Harbour Farm Road.
Police Act After Public Appeal
Officers spent four days tracking Gates down, responding to appeals from Spotted Portsmouth and the victim’s family. He’s now in custody and being questioned.
